has delisted the shares of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc(stock code: FLOURMILLS) from its Daily Official List, effective December 20, 2024. This delisting is a result of the company’s new ownership structure, as part of a scheme of agreement.
As a consequence of this arrangement, minority shareholders are entitled to a consideration of N86 per share.
To receive this payment, shareholders are required to provide evidence of ownership to
