Atlas Registrars Ltd was established in 1981 as a department in Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. It commenced operations in 1982 to maintain the registers of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and its subsidiaries. It provides share register administration and custodian services in the Capital Market.

It became a limited liability Company, wholly owned by Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in 2005 in line with the requirement of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc divested its shareholdings in Atlas Registrars Ltd on 29th December 2014.

Over the years Atlas Registrars Ltd has established a good reputation among shareholders, who are very appreciative of the quality of service. It is efficient, customer oriented, investor-friendly and shareholders’ helpful.
