This year’s 62nd Annual General Meeting took place on the 7th of September, 2022 with significant stakeholders in attendance via proxy.
At the AGM, the Vice Chairman, Mr Paul Gbededo who represented the Board Chairman, Mr John G. Coumantaros, announced solid performance across key business segments with remarkable results for the financial year ended 31 March 2022.
The shareholders highly represented by proxy from different shareholders groups, in the meeting were External Auditors and members of SEC were present to oversee the events.
